Rules and Regulations
Following are some rules to be followed by the parents who want to get their child admitted in the school:
- Before seeking admission for his / her ward in the school the Parent / Guardian is expected to go through the various rules given in the prospectus.
- Parents who want to get their ward admitted in the school should get their names registered in the school office. Registration only makes the child eligible for interview and admission test. It does not guarantee any admission.
- A student coming from other institution will have to appear in the pre-admission test and will be placed in the standard to his/her attainments as assessed by the Principal.
- Since the number of students in each class is limited, admission will be made strictly on merit basis.
- For admission in 10+1 (Med & Non Med) preference will be given to the students with more than 75% marks in matriculation.
- For admission in 10+1 (Commerce) preference will be given to the students with more than 60% marks in matriculation.
- For admission in 10+1 (Humanities) preference will be given to the students with more than 50% marks in matriculation.
- Students who has been disqualified by any Board will not be given admission.
- No student will be admitted in case of indiscipline.
- Failures will not be admitted.
- In Case the student gets his name struck off or his/her admission cancelled, fee or fund shall not be refunded.
- Parents/Guardians must produce Birth Certificate of their ward from the Municipal Corporation in order to get admission in 1st to +2 classes, it is compulsory for the students to submit a Transfer Certificate or School Leaving Certificate from the school last attended along with Progress Report Card. If the above mentioned documents are not produced, the candidate will not get admission in the school.
- Migration Certificate is required from the students coming from other Boards.
- Particulars in the admission form must be the same as in the Date of Birth Certificate / School Leaving Certificate.
NECESSARY INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING ADMISSION
- For non Board classes, if result is late information can be had from the institution.
- Admission form, duly signed by parents must be submitted within prescribed date.
- Information regarding admission fee will be given at the time of submission of admission form.
- It will be mandatory for the parents to attend the Parents-Teacher Meeting.
- Final decision regarding admission will rest with the Principal.
- With the admission form of +1, it is necessary to attach certified attested copies of detail marks of matriculation and character certificate and attendance of previous year issued by the Head of the institution last attended.
- It will be presumed that the applicant and his parents fully know all the rules and regulations of the school.
- It is essential for the students to lock their cycles and park the same at the proper fixed place. Students whose cycles are found unlocked will be fined.
ADMISSION SCHEDULE
For +1 Class
Admission will be within 15 days from the date of declaration of matriculation result.
Provisional Classes will be held after 10 days from last paper of 10th.

EVALUATION PATTERN
For the overall annual progress of the student school follows continuous evaluation. It is divided into monthly, unit and terminal examinations. Final Consolidated result is prepared based on these exams.
- For class 1st to 3rd syllabus is divided in two semesters
- Class 4th to +2 syllabus is divided in four terms
LIBRARY RULES
- In school library books concerned with various subjects are available besides other books for widening the knowledge of the students.
- These books are issued only to students.
- These books are issued only for seven days and for returning the books after the due date fine is chargeable.
- The Librarian can also get back the issued books even before the due date.
- Discipline and silence is required to be maintained in the library.
REGARDING LEAVE
For availing leave, student has to observe the following instructions
- Application must be signed by parent/guardian.
- In case any student falls ill during school time an intimation will be given to the parents & it will be the duty of the parents to take the child home. However, in case of emergency the school can make arrangements to send the student to Doctor or at home.
- Class In-charge can grant leave for three days and for further period Principal's permission is required.
- Medical Certificate is necessary to be produced by the students coming to school after the leave for a week or more days.
- Discipline and silence is required to be maintained in the library.
WARNING CARDS
In order to maintain discipline in the school, there is a provision to issue three types of warning cards to the defaulters:
- Green Card:- Green Card is issued to the students as first warning against abstention, in discipliners, late attendance, neglect of studies etc.. It may include suspension of students depending as the type of mistake and judgement of authorities.
- Yellow Card:- Yellow card is issued as a last warning if the green card is not taken seriously. The defaulters are given one more chance to mend his/her ways by issuing this card. It may include suspension of the student depending on the mistake and judgement of the authorities.

Red Card:- Issue of Red card means expulsion of the student from the school. The Principal reserves the right to withdraw their ward as the following grounds:
1. Harmful conduct
2.Immorality or grave insubordination to higher authorities
3. Stealing or extortion of money
ESSENTIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO STUDENTS / PARENTS
- The student must have 75% attendance and 50% marks in house tests.
- Instruction by school authorities will have to be abode by the students.
- It will be mandatory to maintain complete discipline, to take care of school property and to provide all help to school authorities by all the students.
- Parent / Guardian are requested to keep in touch with the school to consider educational progress and other activities of their ward.
- Any student found destroying any school property will be expelled and will not be allowed re-admission.
- If any Parent/student is found to give any false information at the time of admission the student will not only be expelled from school but also be liable for legal action.
